Kipp Low has a Master’s degree in the Science of Criminal Justice from Washburn University, Topeka, Kansas, with additional studies in Psychology. He is a certified graduate of the American Institute of Polygraph in Atlanta, GA, and a member of the American Polygraph Association, National Polygraph Association, and Kansas Polygraph Association, where he has served in executive board member positions including President of the Kansas Polygraph Association.  

Mr. Low has been a forensic polygraph examiner since 1998 and has performed thousands of polygraph examinations. In addition to continual annual polygraph training, he has specialized certification in the clinical polygraph field specific to the use of polygraph testing in the treatment and monitoring of persons involved in sex offenses and professional boundary violations. 
He is a 27-year law enforcement veteran with the Topeka Police Department. During his law enforcement career, he rose through the ranks from patrol officer to Commander/Lieutenant in the Criminal Investigations Division supervising criminal investigations, Commander of Special Operations Division, and Supervisor of the Polygraph Unit. 

Mr. Low has been the lead polygraph examiner for the testing of convicted sex offenders in treatment with the Kansas Department of Corrections, US Federal Probation in Kansas, the Larned State Hospital Sexual Predator Unit, Osawatomie State Hospital, several private treatment programs, and those sex offenders on probation with counties throughout Kansas.     

Mr. Low has been an Adjunct Professor at Washburn University instructing college courses in investigations. He has been a guest presenter/lecturer on numerous occasions on the subject of Polygraph providing lecture to both the private and law enforcement sector:
